In Listen to my world, composer Claudia Molitor will start a dialogue with five people from the cities to which the installation will travel. In a poetic mix of sound, image, light and shadow, she’ll bring personal impressions of the surroundings of her partners to life. Listen to my world arose out of an interest in listening to the lesser-heard stories of people, out of the conviction that they are also important. It gets us thinking about what makes us feel accepted or excluded and shows us other ways of looking at our own cities, and to think about the structures supporting our society that only benefit a few of its people.
