Our Ears Felt like Canyons II is a sequel to Our Ears Felt Like Canyons, with which Zwerm gave an impressive closing concert at Transit a few years ago.

This concert will also be centred round the experience of listening. Zwerm entices the audience to experience the sounds in the space as something physical, almost tangible. A spatial/acoustic trip where your ears can bask in sensual guitar sounds.

Shiva Feshareki

Shiva Feshareki (1987), PhD of Music, is a British-Iranian composer, artist and turntablist, described as the most cutting-edge expression of turntablism. Over the last decade, she has been a pioneer at the leading edge of both contemporary classical and electronic & dance music scenes.

Rooted neither in the grounded rock world or the spirited classical genres, Zwerm explores and exploits reaches of their own: Jacks of all trades and no where to hang their hats - or at least nowhere to laze about and settle down in. - Koen van Meel, Kwadratuur

Zwerm was founded in 2007 and has collaborated with many artists including Fred Frith, Mauro Pawlowski, Larry Polansky, Eric Thielemans, Yannis Kyriakides, François Sarhan, Mark Vanrunxt, Sheila Anaraki, Etienne Guilloteau, Stefan Prins and Serge Verstockt.
