I SOLISTI dir. Lars Corijn & Gerda Dendooven

I SOLISTI will take you on a guided tour through the splendour of the Czech wind repertoire, joined by no less than five percussionists. Illustrator Gerda Dendooven will lend an extra hand with Schulhoff ’s Le Bourgeois Gentilhomme. She will bring the world of the would-be aristocrat in Molière’s stage play to life, with all its artifice and attitude, to the fullest and with all the attendant irony, while the wind players in the orchestra pit will give their best.

Czech That! is in honour of Festival 20·21’s 30th birthday. After the evening concert, everyone is cordially invited to a festive reception in the lobby of the Schouwburg.
